I used Spokeo over a year ago . I cancelled the service a couple of months later and they continue to bill me!
Now they have given me a larger bill for reasons I can't understand! All I could do is to tell y bank to quit honoring the bill. Maybe the mistake was that I cancelled by phone and have no e-mail proof that I cancelled. Recently a Spokeo web page appeared on my screen.
I'm still not sure why.
Maybe that has something to do with the extra billing.
The interesting thing is the last time I quit spokeo I used this say pissed customer website and I thought everything had been cancelled as a result of that complaint. /Could there be some cookie that keeps connecting me into Spokeo.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $120.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Sneaky billing.
